Born and raised in Ohio, Thomas Nell received his law degree in Florida, where he initiated his law practice. As a child he often visited his grandfather’s farm near East Berlin, Pennsylvania, where he ultimately chose to settle. He and his wife of 30 plus years, Marcia, an Associate Professor at Millersville University, have raised four children. They are now the proud grandparents of two. Thomas primarily focuses in Criminal Law and Elder Law. Criminal Law includes DUI’s, misdemeanors, felonies, and criminal appeals. Elder Law includes wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and estate planning.
